The Reising Arms Co. Model ''Target'', CAL: 22LR, MFG: 1921-24, SN: 3499, Semi-Automatic Pistol, 6 3/4'' barrel, The red plastic grips are very good, displaying minor nicks & dings with the wording ''Reising'', ''It's A Bear'' with a bear in the center. The restored metal blue finish rates 90% with small areas of wear. Bore is good, light pitting near the muzzle. Factory sights. Less than 5000 of these guns ever were made, the Reising Arms Company was only in business from 1921-1924, the first year of production was manufactured in Hartford Conn in 1921 then moving to New York in 1922 (serial numbers in NY started at 10,000). This is a very early production that has had quality restoration. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
