NEW BOXED, Marlin, 1895 Century Limited CNLTD, 100 Year Anniversary. CAL: .45-70 GovT, MFG: 1995, SN: 18950228, Lever Action Rifle , 24'' 1/2 Octagon 1/2 round barrel. 1/2 Mag. Both sides of the receiver and lever feature foliate engraving. The left side of the receiver also has an engraved bear, a banner that is marked ''MODEL 1895 / 100th ANNIVERSARY'', & ''Bottega C. Giovanelli'' at the bottom. The right side also has the Marlin horse back rider engraved and is marked ''MARLIN FIREARMS CO 125th ANNIVERSARY''. The upper tang is marked with the serial number. The top of the receiver has foliate engraving & is marked ''MARLIN SAFETY''. The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with an oiled finish, capped forearm, pistol grip, straight comb, & a crescent blue steel buttplate. The buttstock has the ''Marlin Bullseye'' in the belly. The metal blue finish rates 100% overall. The satin silver receiver & lever are excellent. Bore is mint. Barrel carries factory buckhorn rear & front blade sights. Comes in original matching box, with packaging & paperwork. NOS. A fantastic commemorative rifle. FFL Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
