DWM, Model: Argentino 1909 Cavalry Carbine, Cal: 7.65x53mm Mauser, MFG: 1911, S/N: B8883, Bolt action rifle, 22 3/4'' barrel. The semi-pistol grip wood stock is very good with light nicks, dings, dents, & wear from use/age, Wrong S/N marked into right side of stock just Infront of the recoil lug. The metal finish on the barrel rates 45% with thinned bluing, the receiver was left in the white. Left side of receiver is marked ''MAUSER MODELO'', ''ARGENTINO 1909'', ''DEUTSCHE WAFFEN-UND'', ''MUNITIONSABRIKEN.BERLIN'', top of receiver is marked with the Argentina coat of arms, right side of receiver is marked with S/N, S/N matched Bolt & trigger guard. Bore is very good, strong rifling with light roughness. Barleycorn front sight, V-notch tangent rear sight marked 2 to 14. Metal buttplate with light wear. side sling mounts.
