''ONE OF A KIND'' Factory Engraved Winchester, Model 70 CUSTOM SUPER GRADE, Marked 300 Win Mag, MFG.2006, SN: G3006605, Bolt Action Rifle, 26'' chrome-moly steel ''factory'' Tapered round barrel. This was a custom ordered firearm by W.A.C.A. in 2005 for their 2006 Annual Auction Program. It is the only one ever produced for this event & the Factory Letter states: ''We feel this to be the last auction rifle to be produced out of our New Haven CT. facility.'' The Fancy American walnut (deluxe) wood stock has the Classic configuration with shadowline cheekpiece, Ebony forend tip, deluxe wraparound 18 L.P.I. checkering, & the black & satin Horse & Rider logo cap. Condition is near mint & original with one tiny ding above trigger guard on right side. Engraved in the 70-5 pattern by Pauline Muerrle a former ''factory'' Winchester employee trained under the direction of the Kusmit brothers, Metal blue is 100%. Highly Jeweled Bolt with matching SN, Bore is mint. Factory solid buttpad, Sling swivels, No provisions for open sights, Factory drilled & tapped for scope, Comes with a factory letter confirming configuration & Letter of Authentication from WACA.
