Remington, Model 03-A3 Sporterized Rifle, CAL: 30-06, MFG: 1942 (Receiver) 1943 marked barrel, SN: 3866647, Bolt Action Rifle, 24 1/4'' barrel. The custom cheeked, & pistol grip Monte Carlo wood stock is excellent. The stock exhibits fantastic deluxe quality flame grained wood, with very few tiny handling marks to the excellent high gloss finish. The oversized pistol grip, with palm swell & rollover cheeked comb exhibit custom quality & enhance the fit at the shoulder. The military metal finish is excellent, with approximately 80% original blue finish on trigger guard & floorplate. Bore is excellent. Barrel marked ''RA'', a fire bomb ''8 43'' at muzzle end. The receiver holds an updated Lyman multi adjustable sight, while the barrel carries the original front sight. Action has been cleaned-up as it operates much smoother than military standards. Updated trigger. Stock carries a Pachmayr solid recoil pad. Sharp looking sporterized 03-A3 rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 400 to 800
