Description

Parker Bros, Model VH, 12 ga., MFG. 1904, SN: 123441, 26'' solid Matted Vulcan Steel Barrels with silver front bead, IC/IC, Extractor. The capped checkered pistol grip stock is very good as refinished. The metal sits proud to wood in most areas & the edges where wood meets metal has built up wax. There is a repaired chip to right wrist near receiver & wood filled inlay where an initial plate once resided in the belly of stock. Stock has nice figure, with a few very minor nicks. The forearm carries a boarder line engraved metal latch with metal inlay tip. The original metal blue finish on barrels is 80% with a few minor wear marks. The case-hardened engraved receiver & lever have beautiful case colors with most of the wear to bottom edges. The words ''Parker Bros'' is engraved on both sides of the receiver. # 1 frame. Bores are excellent. Carries a red Hawkins vent buttpad. Barrels may have been cut down. 14 1/4'' LOP over pad, DAC 1 3/4'', DAH 3'', 7.24lbs. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
