Marlin, Model 43, 12 ga., MFG. 1922-30, SN: 13109, Pump shotgun, 30'' Matted barrel with front bead, Full, 5 shot capacity. This model was supposed to be an improvement on the Marlin model 28. The flat pistol grip stocks are good & original, but the stock has a large wood chip at the top of wrist where the stock meets the receiver. The forearm carries the original finish, while the stock was lightly sanded & refinished. Both have several small nick, scratches & contusions. The original metal finish has worn to about 20% remaining on barrel & mag, while the receiver is worn mostly silver with a thin layer of brown patina. The stock has the marlin Bullseye & carries a Marlin plastic buttplate with several chip along the edge. Bore is good, with some areas of scaring & roughness. 13 3/8'' LOP over pad, DAC 1 5/8'', DAH 2 1/2'', 8.22lbs. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
