FANTASTIC Marlin, Model 1893 SRC, marked 32-40 Cal., MFG. 1904, SN: 308052, Black Powder Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine, 20'' round barrel, Full mag., One of only 4086 produced with very few near this condition. The original wood stocks are excellent & solid. The original finish is excellent, with very few minor handling marks or scuffs. The original high polish metal blue finish is retained at 97% on the barrel, 95% on the mag & receiver. The lever & hammer retain vivid case-colors. Stock carries a carbine metal buttplate. Barrel carries original folding rear ladder sight & standard front carbine sight. Original saddle ring. Tight action. Bore is excellent & bright. Fabulous high original condition example of a rare saddle ring carbine. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 3000 to 6000
