BOXED Winchester Model 1886 High Grade, marked 45-70 GOVT., MFG. Modern, SN: ESH0222, Lever Action Rifle, 26'' Octagon barrel, full mag. The original high gloss, checkered, capped pistol grip stocks are excellent, with 100% of the factory finish. The high grade receiver is scroll engraved with a gold highlighted grizzly bear, with a downed buffalo in a wooded scene on the left side of receiver & gold highlighted bears & a moose on the right side. Scroll engraving extends onto the lever & hammer. The blue & gold finish is mint. Bore is mint. Fixed front & adjustable buckhorn style rear sights. Smooth steel buttplate. Rifle come in original numbers matching box. An eye-catching & high condition rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
