Russian Izhevsk Mosin Nagant military rifle. Model: 91/30. Cal.7.62x54R mm. MFG: 1942. SN: 9130166278. Russian military bolt action rifle. 29'' barrel. Stock is Birch that has been refinished & retains some of original factory stampings. In excellent condition. Wood to metal fit very is good. Izhevsk arsenal stamped. Original SN & other stamps on top of receiver ring. Import SN on left side of receiver with ''M91/30 RUSSIA 7.62 X 54R / C.A.I. Georgia VT.'' import stamp. Receiver is very rough milled as common with WW2 Russian Mosin rifles. Barrel & other metal parts have been arsenal refinished as is common with imported Mosin Nagants. Adjustable tangent rear sight graduated out to 2000 meters. Front sight is original post surrounded by small globe. Matching SN on barrel, bolt & magazine plate. Bore is very good, with strong rifling. Original ''Dog collar'' sling present through original slots cut into stock. Buttstock carries the heavy military style steel buttplate. Comes with non-matching numbered bayonet & 26 rounds of ammo. Action appears fully functional. Overall condition is very good, with all parts original & complete. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 250 to 500
