RARE Winchester Model 61, marked .22 L.RIFLE- FOR SHOT ONLY., MFG. 1956, SN:236660, Pump Action Rifle, 24'' round barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, with the original finish. The finish is starting to lightly thin in areas, with a couple contusions & surface marks. There is a single 2'' finish level scratch left of trigger guard. The metal blue finish is 95% barrel, 90% receiver & tube, with most loss coming from pump action & minor scratches or edge wear on receiver. Bore is excellent. Barrel fitted with front bead. Original checkered buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2000 to 4000
