Description

J. Stevens Arms Co. Model ''Little Scout No.14 1/2, 22 LONG RIFLE, MFG: 1924-32, SN: N/A, Falling Block, take-down, Single Shot Rifle, 20'' round barrel. The Little Scout was made from 1910 to 32, but the barrel changed to 20'' in 1924. The wood stocks are very good & probably original despite the finishes not matching well. The finishes appear original, but with rubbed finish loss or flaking & multiple nicks & dings. The metal blue finish on the barrel is retained at 70%, with some blemishes & speckling. The receiver is case-hardened & displays nice case-colors. Bore is excellent with defined rifling. The gun is fitted with fixed rear sight & front blade sight. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
