The Hamilton Rifle Co. Model 19, 22 SHORT, MFG:1903-10, SN: NONE, Under Lever Single Shot Rifle, 12'' round barrel. 32 1/2'' overall length. Basically, the model 19 is the same as the earlier model 15, but with a slightly modified loading port & the longer barrel. Original wood stock is excellent, as lightly sanded & refinished nicely. The stock displays very few surface defects. The metal blue finish is toned to brown with pitting & rust spots. Steel rolled barrel, with original brass liner. The 12 groove bore with 1 turn in 16'', r.h. twist, is poor with smoothed rifling, but clean. Barrel fitted with blade front sight & stamped sheet metal adjustable rear peep sight. Original thin metal buttplate. Nice functional example of a much rarer no. 19, as only 59,436 were produced. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
