A.H Fox Gun Co Model '' Sterlingworth'', CAL:12GA, MFG:1913, SN: 71988, Double Action SxS Shotgun, 2 3/4'', Choke: Full, 28'' barrels. The checkered & capped pistol grip wood stocks are very good & solid. The stock does carry a 3'' skilled wood fill repair at the wrist & stocks were then sanded & refinished. There are several small surface scrapes to the finish & minor contusions. The checkering is worn, but present on both stock & forearm. The re-blued barrels & trigger guard rate 90% after some buffing prep. The case-hardened receiver has faded to a smooth grey/brown tone. Bores are excellent. The right barrel has a small dent at the tip. The buttstock carries a replaced buttplate. The matted solid rib has single front bead. Double triggers. LOP: 14'', DAH: 2 1/2'', DAC: 1 1/2''. A nice appearance on this double. FFL or C&R Req - Value: 500 to 1000
