ENGRAVED Winchester Model 42, CAL: 410GA, MFG: 1951, SN: 107215, Pump Action Shotgun, 3'', Choke: Full, 28'' Solid matte ribbed barrel. This wonderful has been professionally upgraded to the finest craftsmanship. It presents as an engraved 42 with skeet style hand checkering & a pigeon symbol hand engraved on the underside of the mag tub extension. The hand checkered, capped pistol grip wood stock are excellent, with some scalloping of grain. The finish is excellent, with nearly zero blemishes. The receiver carries the engravings of a pointer dog vignette amongst scrolls on each side & engravings to the bottom of the trigger guard. The metal blue finish is 99% on the receiver & 97% on the barrel & mag tube with some buff prep lines. Bore is excellent. The buttstock carries a original Winchester marked buttplate & a quality reproduction pistol grip cap. LOP: 14''.
