FACTORY ENGRAVED Colt Single Action Army, .45 cal., MFG. 1911, SN: 320817. Barrel Length is 4 3/4''. All matching numbers. Comes with a Colt factory letter verifying the original configuration & history of this fine pistol. This Special Order pistol was commissioned by & delivered to H & D Folsom Arms Company, New York, NY. Engraved with intertwined scrolls & foliate arabesque patterns under a nickel finish. Mounted with spectacular 2-pc mother of pearl grips with high polish & beautiful natural fire. There are a couple of natural grain flaws along the bottom & a couple of tiny edge chips to the grips. There are also minor speckles of rust pitting to the finish, but not overall distracting. Excellent bore.
