Remington Navy, Model 1867 50 Cal., MFG Antique, SN: 5582 Rolling block action, 6 3/4'' barrel, Two-line frame address/pat. dates on left side of frame. right side has the naval inspection marking ''P/F.C.W.'' The top of the barrel at the breech also has naval inspection markings ''I.H.E./anchor'',. Wood forend is solid with nicks, dings & edge sliver missing. Wood grips have several contusions & minor chips. The left grip retains a weak ''FCW.'' cartouche in block. The blue finish on barrel has worn & toned to a thin layer of brown patina. The case-hardened receiver & tangs have toned a gray/brown, with faint areas of case-color. Matching SN ''5028'' on frame under grip & inside wood grips. ''FCW'' stamped on barrel under forearm. The action is tight. Bore is very good.* No FFL Req. - Value: 600 to 1000
