FANTASTIC Roger Ferrell Gunmakers, Custom Built Frank Wesson No.1 Mid Range Shingle Shot Rifle. Reproduction, 30 WCF Cal., MFG. Modern, SN: 1M, Lever Fallingblock Rifle, 30 1/2'' Octagon to round barrel. The custom checkered & S-curve pistol grip walnut stocks are wonderful & excellent, with fantastic highly figured grain & beautiful finish. There are virtually no blemishes to the stock. The metal blue finish on barrel is fully 99%+. The Steve Earle built single shot action, ring loading lever, forend cap & buttplate all carry a smooth high luster nickel plated finish. The case-hardened hammer & breechblock display fantastic case-colors. Upper tang is fitted with a long range Vernier sight, while barrel carries an adjustable globe front sight. Bore is excellent. Pull: 14 1/4''. Weight: 9lbs, 5oz. This is a special custom built Frank Wesson reproduction rifle hand crafted to the highest details. Rifle comes with the bonus of the hardbound three volume set of books ''Frank Wesson Gunmaker'' by Woods, Littlefield & Rowe. This is a fabulous Frank Wesson reference.
