Marlin, Model 1892, Unmarked caliber but appears to be a .32 CF/RF with the CF firing pin, MFG. 1899, SN: 190486, Lever Action Rifle, 26'' Octagon barrel, 24'' mag., Barrel appears to be a replacement. The straight grip wood stocks are excellent & solid. The stock carries a knot flaw on the right side of stock, which was factory filled, but has opened up a bit. The factory finish has worn thin from normal use & there are just a few small scuffs, scratches & minor contusions. The metal blue finish on the barrel is 95%, while the receiver has worn mostly gray, with some plum patina in protected areas. The mag has fully toned plum/brown, with rough pitting. The stock carries a crescent metal buttplate. The barrel carries an adjustable rear sight & a blade front sight. Bore is excellent. Action remains tight. Stock & buttplate carry a matching SN, but different from the receiver. Should be a good shooting early Marlin. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
