Eddystone Model 1917 Sporterized Custom, CAL: 308 Norma, MFG: 1917-18, SN: 242757, Bolt Action Rifle, 26'' Tapered round barrel. The custom Monte Carlo style, cheeked, pistol grip wood stock is very good, with wonderful grain. It has a couple of hairline cracks behind the pistol grip & multiple small contusions & surface scrapes to the finish. The current metal blue finish rates 80% overall on the barrel, receiver & trigger guard, with greater wear loss to the floorplate. Bore is very good, bright with defined rifling. The rifle comes fitted with a Simmons 3-9X WA scope & no open sight provisions. Buttstock carries a ventilated brown rubber recoil pad & sling studs. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 250 to 500
