Winchester, Model 62, .22 S. L. & L.R. Cal., MFG. 1938 SN: 87033A, Pump Action Rifle, 23'' round tapered barrel, Pre-war production with early small forearm, The original wood stocks are excellent & solid, with some light scratches & contusions. The original metal blue finish is 90% on receiver, 80% on tube, with the barrel carrying 90% coverage of a grayer refinish, with some thinning of stampings. Bore is very good, Factory sights. Original black plastic buttplate. Left side of receiver carries two filler screws where a scope mount once resided. Nice appearance of an early pre-war & small forearm 62. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
