S&W, Model 2nd Model Army (a.k.a. Model No. 2 Old Model Smith & Wesson Revolver), .32 Rim Fire, Single Action Revolver, Mfg. 1861-74 Civil War Era, SN: 32772, 4 1/2'' octagon barrel, These models came in 4, 5, 6 & 8'' so this one may have been cut down & sight moved or replaced, The wood grips numbered to gun, with ivory inserts, shows minor nicks, dings & finish wear. The original finish has worn to gun metal gray. The initials ''D.C.'' are scratched on the bottom strap. Mechanically excellent. Bore is very good. No FFL - Value: 400 to 800
