Czechoslovakia VZOR 70, CAL: 7.65 (32 ACP), MFG: 1970, SN: J01171, Semi-Auto Pistol. 3 3/4'' barrel. Introduced in 1970, this model was an improvement upon the successful & widely used VZ50. Like its predecessor, the VZ70 is compact, ergonomic & reliable. It would see service worldwide & was in use well into the 1990's where large numbers of this model were used in the Balkan conflict. The small, pocket-sized Vz.70 known commercially as the CZ-70... was developed originally during late 1940s for police use. It was chambered in 7.6517 Browning caliber (known in the U.S. as .32 ACP). The checkered, black plastic pistol grips are very good, with multiple minor scrapes, scuffs & contusions. The metal blue finish has worn to 20%. Bore is very good. Factory sights.
