Winchester Model 1894, CAL: 30 WCF, MFG: 1904, SN: 228015, Lever Action Rifle, 26'' Half octagon, half round ''Nickel Steel Barrel''. Button Mag. The original straight grip wood stocks are very good & solid, as lightly sanded & refinished. The metal blue finish on the barrel remains at 40%, with a majority of loss at the carry point near receiver. The receiver has worn silver, with some thin remains of brown patina. Bore is very good. Barrel carries upgraded sights of a Marbles full buckhorn rear & a Marbles Sheard elongated blade front sights. Buttstock holds a smooth crescent metal buttplate. Action is tight & smooth. The rifle presents well as a nicely configured rifle. FFL or C&R Req.. - Value: 600 to 1200
