Winchester, Model 64 Carbine, marked 30 WCF, MFG. 1934, SN: 1095327, Lever Action Carbine, 20'' Round barrel, 7 round mag. This is one of the very rare carbines & early 2nd yr. example of a Winchester model with total production of only 66,783 total rifles, few being carbine examples. The original smooth flat pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, with very nice grain. The finish is original & excellent, with a few minor handling marks. The original metal blue finish is 70% on barrel, mag & lever, with speckling. The receiver blue has worn or flaked to 30%, with areas of loss toning to a brown patina. Bore is very good. The carbine carries a Lyman receiver sight, blank filled rear dovetail & hooded front sight. Checkered factory metal buttplate. A fairly rare & original condition example, which has high collector's value. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2000 to 3000
