Winchester, Model 1904, .22 Short or Long Cal., MFG. 1904-31, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 21'' round barrel. This rifle was fully & excellently restored. The original perch belly wood stock is good & solid, but with numerous small scrapes, scratches, contusions & nicks to the wood & original finish. The metal surfaces have toned brown on the barrel, trigger guard & crescent buttplate, with the majority of the barrel having been scrubbed silver. Barrel marking is still very visible & present. Bore is good, with strong rifling, but roughness. Original sights. Crescent metal buttplate. A nice little .22 bolt that could be improved with some effort. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
