Winchester, Model 04A, .22 Short, Long or Long Rifle Cal., MFG. 1927-31, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 21'' round barrel, Introduced in 1927 with the new sear bar & to accommodate the LR caliber. The factory perch belly wood stock is excellent, retaining the vast majority of its original finish. Scattered light handling marks & light thinning of finish. The metal blue is approximately 90%, but evenly toning from blue to a brown patina, with light areas of speckling. Barrel marking are crisp, Bore is excellent & shiny. Original sights. ''S'' shaped trigger guard, Crescent metal buttplate. Seldom found remaining in this condition. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 400 to 600
