RARE Winchester, Model 67 SPORTING SMOOTHBORE, Marked 22 SHORT, LONG AND LONG RIFLE SMOOTHBORE Cal., MFG. 1934-35, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 27'' Tapered round barrel, Early variation model with forend finger groove, which was only produced with finger groove the first two years, The factory flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, carrying nearly all the original finish. There are some minor scuffs, scrapes or dings, but overall excellent. The factory metal blue finish on barrel & trigger guard remains blue & is retained at 90%, with losses due to light scratches & blemishes. Nickeled bolt handle, trigger & bolt. The smoothbore is excellent. Mounted with original factory sights. Winchester plastic buttplate. An overall excellent & rare early example in all original condition.
