Parker Bros, Double Barrel, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1899, SN: 90892, Break Action SxS Shotgun, Choke: F (Left), MOD (Right), 30'' barrels with solid, matted rib. The checkered, capped pistol grip wood stocks are good & solid, with numerous contusions, nicks & dings. The stock carries an added layer of finish or varnish. The checkering has worn mostly smooth, with the lines worn mostly faint on forend. The metal blue finish on the barrels has faded or worn mostly gun metal grey, with a thin layer of patina developing The case-hardened receiver has worn gray with a bit of case-colors in protected areas. Some light border engraving. Bores are good. Solid, matted rib holds a single front bead. Buttstock carries a factory Parker Bros (DOG) buttplate. Parker Silver shield in belly of stock. This could be a good candidate for a professional restoration or upgrade. DAC: 1 3/4'', DAH: 2 5/8'', LOP: 14 1/8''. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
