A.H. Fox Sterlingworth, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1926, SN: 107441, Break Action SxS Shotgun, Choke: F/F, 30'' Barrels with solid matted rib. The gun ahs been professionally restored. The checkered & capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, displaying a layer of added finish, having a thin layer within the checkering. There are a few minor nicks & dings, with other small imperfections under the new finish. The restored metal blue finish on the barrels rate 98% overall, with some light thinning of the stampings & light buff preparation lines. The case-coloring on the receiver, break lever & tang appears original displaying vivid colors which are fading a bit on the belly. Bores are excellent & barrels ring nicely. The solid, matted rib holds a single front bead. Buttstock carries a black rubber recoil pad. LOP: 14 3/4'' to front trigger, DAH: 2 1/4'', DAC: 1 1/2''. The gun with a vintage leg of mutton leather take-down case with solid original handle & strapping. FFL or C&R REQ - Value: 500 to 1000
