Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight Deluxe, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1965, SN: 917020, Pump Action Shotgun. Choke: IC, 24'' barrel with ventilated, matted rib. This shotgun has been fully & professionally restored. Both sides of the receiver display a roll stamp engraving, on the left, three ducks in a pond setting & on the right, a dog with two pheasants flying away in a field setting. The deluxe, checkered, capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent as very lightly sanded & nicely refinished. They display excellent grain, with some very small blemishes under the finish, as well as newer minor contusions & light surface scrapes. The metal blue finish rates 95% overall on the barrel & receiver. The barrel displays light buff lines under blue, but stampings remain very good. Bore is excellent, but dark after reblue. Buttstock carries a ventilated, red rubber recoil pad. The ventilated, matted rib holds a small mid-rib bead & orange fiber optic front sight. A very nice & well done restoration on a quality shotgun. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 600 to 1200
