Possible Danish Model M1807 infantry musket, or reproduction of. CAL. 75, MFG: 1800's, SN: 3098P on lockplate & 7504 on barrel, muzzle loading percussion rifle, 41'' round barrel. This appears to be a reproduction or crude copy of a Norwegian military muzzle loader. Roughly made one piece straight grip wood stock with poorly fitted metal parts. Brass nose cap & no barrel bands. The barrel appears in the white with rust overall ''15L'' stamped in side of barrel near receiver. Side plates, trigger guard/tangs are crudely made in fair condition with no visible case colors & a gunmetal grey finish. Rear sight is crude flip up notched sight. With the ladder folded down, the rear sight is a large ''V'' notch at the back of the ladder. The ladder has 3 smaller ''v'' notches with no markings. The front sight is a large steel replacement blade in bare metal dovetailed into block on the barrel. Bore is darkening with sharp rifling. Buttplate is brass roughly shaped in good condition. Rough sling swivels mounted on the bottom of buttstock & middle barrel band. Steel ramrod in good condition. Action appears to function fully. Have rifle checked by gunsmith before attempting to fire, may be a wall hanger only. No FFL Req. - Value: 100 to 500
