Hopkins & Allen Mfg. Co. Single Shot Shotgun, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1887-98, SN: 741, Lever Action Falling Block Shotgun, Choke: F, 30 1/4'' twisted steel barrel. The round pistol grip wood stocks are good, the buttstock has a 4'' crack that goes from the upper wrist to lower wrist, the forearm has a 5'' crack on the left side. The rest of the wood has multiple small contusions, nicks & dings. They appear to have attempted repairs, sanding & added oils or varnish. The metal finish has toned to a plum/brown patina on all surfaces. Bore is fair with intermittent spotting. Barrel holds a single front bead. Buttstock carries a factory H&A buttplate. The block sits slightly lower than intended due to the welded piece near the trigger. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 100 to 300
