Remington Arms Rolling Block Model: 1902, CAL: 7.57 MFG: 1901-17 SN: 2417 Single Shot Rolling Block, 30'' round barrel. The straight grip stock, forestock & handgaurd appear original, 1& 2 in long chips out of lower handgaurd where it meets receiver, appears that stocks have been sanded & refinished & contusions, scrapes & nicks still remaining. All metal parts are light grey patina & receiver looks to have been cleaned up to remover rust leaving the case-hardened receiver gun metal gray base. Barrel is grey with rust overall & some pitting. Bore very good some shine still % very visible rifling. The rifle carries an adjustable rear sight with graduations from 2 to 13 on the left side & 14 to 21 on the ladder. Front sight is dovetailed inverted ''V'' blade on steel block. The buttstock carries a smooth metal buttplate that is grey with speckled rust spots. 7mm caliber marking on top of barrel ahead of forearm. Sling swivel present only on buttstock, missing other. Bayonet/Scabbard/leather frog present in good condition. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1500
