Savage, Model 1917, CAL: 32 ACP, Semi-Auto, MFG: 1920, SN: 238708, 3 3/4'' barrel, The model 1917 is a variant of the model 1907 that was manufactured from 1920-28 & is easily distinguishable by the oversized grip. The checkered plastic grips are very good & feature a Savage Indian profile logo, with minor edge nicks & scratches. Variation with the tighter serrations on slide. The metal finish has worn to a spotty brown with rust pitting & speckling. Bore is good, Double-stack magazine. Tight action, Original sights. Likely a good shooter.
