Star, Model 1919 Police, CAL: 7.65mm (.32 ACP), MFG: 1920's, SN: 70010, Semi-Auto Pistol, 3 3/4'' barrel. Made in Spain with the intent of police, military & civilian use, but best known as the pistol of the Sindicalista. The design of the pistol was an improved version of the Star 1914. About 65,000 produced. The original checkered, hard rubber & STAR banner grips are good. The metal finish is a combination of original & cold blue, with spotty rust pitting & speckling. Bore is good. Fixed sights. Detachable 9 round magazine. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 500
