World War I German Luger, 9 mm, Erfurt/1916 Dated, SN Receiver 3675, Semi-Automatic Pistol, Barrel is 8 1/4'', The wood checkered grips are excellent & solid, with minor edge wear & small contusions. The reblued high gloss metal finish rates 90%, with buff marks & areas of speckled pitting under finish. Blade front sight & tangent rear barrel sight. Stamped ''1916'' date on the chamber & ''Erfurt crown 86'' on the toggle link. Imperial Eagle firing proofs on the breechblock. Bore is very good. Unmarked silver tone mag. Proper ''GESICHERT'' markings on the upper safety position. Backstrap slotted for stock. Comes with a very nice wood stock/holster case that is missing one of four screws on hinge.
