Winchester, Model 1904, .22 Short, Long or Extra Long Cal., MFG. 1904-31, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 21'' round barrel. The original perch belly wood stock is fair & solid, despite a full break at the wrist from the trigger up over the upper wrist & back down to the trigger hole on the other side. The break was repaired using several pins & glue, & appears solid. Stock has a chip at the toe & carries with numerous small scrapes, scratches, contusions & nicks, with some oil staining under the additional layer of finish. The metal surfaces have worn mostly gray with a thin brown patina remaining. Barrel marking is still very good. Bore is good, with strong rifling, but roughness. Original sights. Crescent metal buttplate. A shootable vintage single bolt rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 80 to 150
