Savage, Model 340 Series L, CAL: 30-30, MFG: 1952, SN: D484257, Bolt Action Rifle, 22'' barrel. The original checkered & capped pistol grip Monte Carlo style wood stock is excellent, with minor nicks & dings. Pistol cap has a brass tone Savage warrior medallion. The metal blue finish rates 95% overall, with light spotting. Bore is excellent. The receiver is fitted with a Williams adjustable aperture sight, while the barrel a folding rear & front ramp sights. Buttstock carries a grooved plastic buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 400 to 600
