Mossberg, Model 51M, .22 L.R. ONLY Cal., MFG: 1939-46, SN: None, Semi Auto Rifle, 20'' Round barrel, The factory two-piece Mannlicher, cheeked & flat pistol grip walnut stock is excellent & original. Original factory finish is excellent, with a bit of light thinning & small handling marks & contusions. There is a 2'' hairline grain crack emanating behind the receiver. The factory original metal blue finish is 90% & is starting to tone plum. Bore is excellent. Tube fed through the stock. Mounted with a Mossberg scope on the adjustable Mossberg Range Finder No. RF1 scope mount, with slide adjustment markings from 25 to 200 yds. Also, mounted with the correct Mossberg 4A adjustable receiver aperture sight, Mossberg 2A wheel adjusting rear sight & original hooded front ramp sight. Finger grooved plastic trigger guard. Original metal buttplate. Sling swivel provisions, with single sling swivel in stock. Collectible example with all the various Mossberg optics. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
