RARE Winchester, Model 60A Sporting/Target (Possible Camp Perry Rifle?), CAL: 22 S,L,LR, MFG: 1932-39, SN: NONE, Bolt Action Rifle, 27'' barrel. The original finger groove & flat pistol grip stock is excellent, with additional premiums paid for the early production finger grooved stocks. The stock displays non-factory checkering, along with minor contusions, nicks & dings. The metal blue finish rates 90% overall. Bore is very good. The receiver is fitted with the correct Lyman 55W rear aperture sight, while the barrel holds a blank filled rear dovetail & replaced elevated aperture/globe style front sight. Buttstock carries a Winchester marked, checkered black plastic buttplate. Sling studs, Come with a nice military style leather sling. The consigner purchased this firearm from a gentleman in Northern Ohio who's father had used it at Camp Perry, a National Guard training facility & competitive target shooting range located on the shore of Lake Erie. Under the buttplate, the rifle is stamped ''CP'' on both the upper & lower part of the buttstock. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
