Crescent Firearms, Model ''Quail Hammerless'', CAL: 410 GA., MFG: Early 1900's, SN: 4507, Break Action SxS Shotgun, 26'' barrel. The original checkered & capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, displaying the original finish with surface scrapes, gouges, scratches & small contusions. The metal blue finish on the barrels is toning gray & to a light brown patina, with 85% coverage. The receiver, break lever & trigger guard are case-hardened, with faint tones of case-colors remaining & more pronounced in protected areas. Bores are excellent, with minor surface scratches. The solid matted rib holds a single front bead. Buttstock carries a checkered black plastic buttplate that has been reshaped as a likely result of a chip at the toe. Matching SN on receiver table, barrels & inside of forend. A very nice & desirable example. LOP: 14 1/8''. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
