U.S. Springfield, Model 1863 Type II, CAL: .58Cal, MFG: 1864 SN: N/A, 32 1/2'' barrel, Muzzle Loading Percussion Rifle. The old refinished straight grip stock is very good, with nicks, dings, scratches & a couple small hairline cracks. The metal is a mix of gunmetal gray & light brown patina. Lock plate marked with ''1864'' eagle & ''U.S.SPRINGFIELD''. Bore is good, with rust spotting & visible rifling. Sling swivels on front barrel band & on front of trigger guard. Original ramrod present. Mechanical function appears good. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 300 to 600
