Marlin, Model 1936, CAL: 30-30, MFG: 1936-37, SN: 2928, Lever Action Rifle, 20'' barrel. This gun has been fully professionally restored. The checkered & scalloped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, as nicely refinished. The checkering has been retraced & is sharp. There are very few tiny handling marks. The restored metal blue finish on the barrel & tube rates 99% overall, while the case-hardened receiver & lever are also excellent, with full & bold tones. Bore is excellent & bright. The barrel holds an elevation adjustable buckhorn style rear sight & a ramp/blade front sight. Buttstock carries a factory Marlin logo, solid rubber recoil pad. A fairly scarce rifle that has been beautifully restored. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
