Winchester, Model 70 Super Grade, marked 300 H&H MAGNUM, MFG. 1955, SN: 326892, Bolt Action Rifle, 26'' Tapered round barrel, Pre-64, Factory deluxe walnut wood stock has the Super Grade raised cheek piece, deluxe wraparound checkering, black pistol cap & forend tip. The original wood stock & checkering are excellent, having been nicely cleaned & professionally refinished. The original metal blue is 95% on barrel, & receiver, with additional wear on the Super Grade marked floorplate, some thinning areas on barrel. Fitted with a flip-up rear & a hooded front ramp sights. Bore is excellent, shiny & bright. The stock looks to be about 3/8'' shorter than most, which may have been a special order, as it is fitted with a Winchester solid red buttpad, with a 13 5/8'' LOP. Sling provisions, with unattached sling swivels. Presents excellent, high condition & collectible. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1500 to 3000
