Chilean Mauser, Model 1895, CAL: 7x57mm, MFG: 1896, SN: K 880, Sporterized Bolt Action Rifle, 21'' barrel. The cheeked & flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with minor surface scuffs. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 70%, having thinned to a light grey patina, while the refinished receiver blue rates 90%, with spotting. Bore is very good, slightly dark with intermittent spotting. The receiver carries a Redfield 4x fixed power scope, while the barrel holds an elevated flip-up rear sight & ramped blade front sight. Jeweled bolt. Buttstock carries a checkered black plastic buttplate. Front & back sling loops. Comes with a leather sling. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 300 to 600
