Savage, Model 1922, CAL: .22 LR, MFG: 1922, SN: 11879, Bolt Action Rifle, 23 1/2'' barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with minor nicks & dings to the original finish. There is a 2'' hairline crack at the top of the wrist behind the bolt. The metal blue finish has toned mostly gray, with a thin layer of browning patina remaining. The barrel carries factory sights. Bore is very good. Buttstock carries a factory smooth metal buttplate. Original detachable mag. One of only 25,000 produced in the only one year of production. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
