Ranger, Model Ranger 103-2, CAL: .22 S. L. LR, MFG: 1930, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 24 1/4'' barrel. The rifle was made by Marlin, similar to the model 80, & sold by Sears. The original flat pistol grip wood stock is solid & fair, with much of the original finish worn away. There is moisture damage to the buttend, along with minor nicks, scratches & dings. The metal blue finish remains at 50%. with rust spotting & pitting. The barrel carries a replaced Marbles rear sight & a gold bead front sight. There are two open holes in the side of the receiver where a receiver sight or scope mount once resided. Bore is very good. Buttstock carries a black plastic buttplate, which is a bit oversize. Detachable mag missing. Sling swivels. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 50 to 100
