R. Pattison, 6- Barrel Pepperbox Pistol, CAL: 31, MFG: Mid 1800's, SN: N/A, Double Action Percussion Revolver, 2'' barrels. The left side of the frame is marked ''R.PATTISON NOTTINGHAM''. Both sides of the frame, the hammer & grip cap exhibit a simple floral scroll pattern engraving. Each barrel is numbered (1-6 & there are English proof marks between each barrel number. The checkered wood grips are good, displaying minor contusions & light scratches. Capped buttend. The metal has toned to a mix of grey/brown patina, with light spotting. The smooth bores are good, with slightly rough. Unfortunately, there is little to no information on this maker for a more in-depth history of the firearm. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 200 to 800
