Springfield Arms Co., Warners Patent Pocket Model, CAL: 28, MFG: 1851, SN: N/A (61 or 19 on the underside of the barrel rib, above the cylinder), Single Action Percussion Revolver, 2 1/2'' barrel. This pistol was part a very limited estimated 500 gun production, making it very scarce. The frame displays floral scroll engraving. The two-piece wood grips are good & solid, despite the left grip having a full length verticle crack & other small scratches, nicks & dings. The metal has toned metal grey, with spotting, toning to a brown patina. The cylinder has multiple small contusions or nicks. The smooth bore is good, with light spotting. The barrel holds a small bead front sight & the rear rib holds a very small notched rear sight. Action & cylinder timing appear to function properly. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 400 to 1600
